The Website https://edu.inforlandia.com/ is a website operated by Inforlandia, SA, a Portuguese company, with registered office at Avenida do Brasil, 194C, Lisbon, Portugal, under NIPC 502 425 296, registered at the Conservatório do Lisbon Commercial Registry.

On the Site, products that are part of the INSYS brand lineup are available at any time and may be marketed by Insys.pt, or by any of the authorized INSYS resellers.

After-sales service and support

INSYS.pt provides after-sales technical assistance to INSYS brand products, during the warranty period and after the warranty period has passed, in this case, as long as there are replacement parts.

Ordering, order confirmation and order acceptance (if the Site is made available in transactional mode)

To place an order for products on the INSYS website, simply access the page at http://edu.inforlandia.com, add the desired products to the basket, complete the purchase (using the desired payment method) with your User Name and Password or as a guest customer, and wait for the delivery of the items to you or a person designated by you.

During the process of your order, you will have the opportunity to review the order before completing the process. Once the order is placed, you will be assigned an online order number.

Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Like the online order number, the order confirmation email does not represent acceptance of the order, we are simply confirming that we have received your order. After the order has been processed and prepared for shipping, you will receive an email indicating that the order has been accepted, along with the shipping details (the “Shipping notification email”). The decision to accept the order is made at our discretion. Since we want to make sure that we have the product available, we will not accept the order until the product is ready for shipping. In most cases, this will happen within 24 hours for items in stock. For items that are not in stock, you will receive the order acceptance E-mail when the item is available and ready for shipment, which will not exceed the shipping period indicated when the order is completed. Shipping and delivery

Shipping of products is normally free of charge for any order over € 50 sent to mainland Portugal. For orders below this amount, or for express shipping, shipping charges apply. See the shipping prices in the table below:

The order will be shipped as soon as all products are available for delivery. Orders are not accepted for addresses outside Portugal (Continental and Islands).

Please note that the order delivery date may change due to a series of events that are beyond INSYS.pt's control after the order leaves our premises. However, we will notify you of any significant delays and work with you to ensure smooth delivery.

Once INSYS.pt is responsible for sending the products purchased on the Site, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you, or to a person designated by you, when you are in physical possession of the products. Ownership of the products is transferred to you when the products are picked up by the carrier at our warehouse. At that time, you will receive the shipping notification email. Payments

Payment methods are listed on the respective website. If you make a payment with a credit card, when placing the order we can block the total amount on your credit card. Right of free termination of the contract

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is enough that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.

In case of termination of this contract, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of extra costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive normal shipping method offered by us) ), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We make these refunds using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you; in any case, it does not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of the shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

The User / customer must bear the costs of returning the goods.

You must return the goods or deliver them, without marks of use and together with the original invoice, original packaging, documents and accessories included, to Inforlandia, SA, at Rua de Santa Rita, 85, Portugal, E-mail: support @ insys.pt, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract. It is considered that the deadline is respected if the goods are returned before the end of the 14-day period.

The User / consumer may be held responsible for the depreciation of the good, if the manipulation carried out to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of that product exceeds the manipulation that is usually admitted in a commercial establishment.

The User / consumer cannot freely terminate the contracts for:

Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned, for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery, namely earphones, headphones and headsets;

Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs, to which the consumer has removed the seal of inviolability guarantee after delivery;

Electronic software downloads when the download starts with your consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal;

Sealed computer software that, after delivery, has been opened;

Exemption from liability

The User will be responsible for the content of the information sent or transmitted to the Site.

It is known to the User that the use of the Site may not be 100% secure, with the possibility that the information sent / received may be intercepted by unauthorized parties, and INSYS.pt is not responsible for failures in the security of communications and does not assume any responsibility. for the misuse of your information by third parties.

Applicable law and alternative dispute resolution:

The User accepts that all matters related to accessing or using the Site, including all disputes, will be regulated by the legislation of the Portuguese Republic.

In the event of a dispute or dispute between INSYS.pt and the User arising from or related to the use of the Site by the User, the parties should try to resolve the dispute promptly and in good faith. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute within a reasonable period of time (not exceeding thirty (30) days), each party may submit the dispute or dispute to mediation.
